Wearing Parts
In the process of using the machine, some parts will wear out. After a certain period of time, the components need to be replaced as necessary. Hereby declare in advance. Even during the warranty period, the replacement of wearing parts will be charged.
•Due to the change of sludge concentration, the moisture content of sludge cake and the amount of sludge treatment will change significantly Cause the machine to exceed its processing capacity. Please readjust this machine. Being in a state of overloading movement all the time may cause clogging of the sludge in the screw chamber. The screw shaft drive motor is overloaded, and the wearing ring (screw shaft) is abnormally worn.
Replacement Standard
As the moving ring and screw shaft wear out during use, the machine will not be able to give full play to its capabilities. Refer to the following table to confirm the operating time of the machine.

After-sales Service
•When repair service is required. Please inform the machine model and manufacturing number engraved on the nameplate.
•Even during the warranty period, items outside the scope of the warranty are paid services.
•After the warranty period has passed, the maintenance can solve the machine function situation according to the needs of customers to provide paid services.
•When the machine is being repaired, the reusable product is replaced. We will recycle it.
