Project Introduction
The plant plans to select a dewatering screw press for Sludge with a concentration of 2%. The final sludge moisture content is required to reach 80% or lower. The designed Work Hours are 24 hours, and the capacity is 15m3/h, which is 300 kg DS/hour.
Solution
The recommended SUQIEP’s Dewatering Screw Press Model is SQDL402, and it is equipped with a 2000L/h dosing machine. The total investment in the project is 1 set. The specific parameters are shown in the table on the right.
