Project Introduction

The sewage plant plans to select dehydration equipment for Sludge with a concentration of 1%, and requires the final sludge moisture content to reach 80% or lower. The designed Work Hours is 24 hours, and the Capacity is 15m3/h, which is 180-200 kg DS/hour.

Solution

We recommend SQDL352 as the main Dewatering Screw Press Model of Suqi Company, with a 1500L/hour dosing machine. The total investment in the project is 3 sets. The parameters are shown in the table on the right.
