Problem Situation
It happened to our polymer preparation system SQJYJ3000, which sold to our Malaysia client. The main problem is that the Powder feeding screw conveyor stepping motor drive burn and circuit closed.
Reason
Stepping motor drive wire plug poor connection. It happened because there are vibrator installed on hopper, it’s long time vibration caused the plug loose.
Solution
- Find same stepping motor dirve or similar one in local market and replace the broken one, which will do not take too much time to stop the sludge dewatering running.
- Send back the borken one to SUQIEP factory to repair freely.
- If, solution A and B is not workable, SUQIEP will send new stepping motor drive immediately by express.
How to Avoid It Proken Again
- Move the Hopper to separate location to avoid the vibrating.
- Inspect the wire connetion in regular period of time, say about 1 time per week
