In the process of using the machine, some parts will wear out, and after a certain period of time, the components need to be replaced. It is stated in advance here that even during the warranty period, replacement of consumables will be charged.
NOTICE
Due to the change of sludge concentration, the moisture content of sludge cake and sludge treatment volume will change greatly.
Causes the machine to exceed its processing capacity. Please readjust the machine.
Always in the state of excessive load movement, it may cause sludge clogging in the main body of the screw press ( “Screw press chamber” for short), the screw shaft drive motor will be overloaded, and the fragile products (moving ring, screw shaft) will be abnormally worn.
Consumable Replacement Standard
With the wear of the moving ring and the screw shaft during use, the machine will not be able to give full
play to its capabilities. Please refer to the following table to confirm the running time of the machine.

※The replacement time of the consumables mentioned above is only an approximate value, not the warranty period of the consumables’ service life. After the replacement period, there are also cases that do not need to be replaced. The main impact on the service life is the use method and conditions.
※ The replacement period is data obtained through certain experimental conditions. During actual operation, changes in relevant conditions (sludge type, sludge shape, treatment capacity, operation adjustment status, and conditions of supporting facilities) will cause the replacement period variety.
